Arrival – Departure
Check in: 14:00 – 22:00
Check Out: 08:00 – 11:00
Please note in case you intend to arrive to the hotel very late or very early you will need to inform us in advance so we can confirm to you, if check in would be possible.
Payment Policy
Guests must pay upon arrival the balance of their account and upon departure, possible charges from the use of the mini bar and room service.
Case of 'No show'
In case of 'no show' (non-arrival) the deposit can not be refunded and the room becomes immediately available to other guests.
Taxes and additional charges
Room prices do not include environmental tax (€1.50 per night), payable at the hotel on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel or modify your booking, this can be done free of charge up to 21 days before your expected arrival. If you cancel your reservation after this period, the deposit can not be refunded.
Modifications to booking dates are possible within the aforementioned period and subject to room availability.
In case your reservation is nonrefundable, the prepayment amount will not be returned.
Reception hours:
The reception is operates daily from 08:00-23:00.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 – 10:30 in the breakfast area.
Parking spaces
The hotel has its own outdoor parking space, behind the main building. Within this area there are parking slots for each room. It is strictly forbidden to park in a slot other than the one that will be indicated to you. The parking space in front of the hotel entrance is exclusively for parking upon your arrival and departure, as it also serves as a place where we receive our supplies. If you park your car at this point, you will be asked to move it. In addition, the hotel bears no responsibility in case your car is damaged during receipt of supplies or in any other case if it is parked in a place other than the one allocated to you inside our parking.
Children
Children under 3 years old cannot be accommodated.
Pets
As much as we love our little friends, unfortunately considering the needs of the rest of our hotel's customers, we can not host them.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel as well as in any interior area in Greece. In case of a violation of the regulation, the hotel will charge your account with a cleaning fee of €250 .
Customer Behavior
Customers must comply with the rules of this policy.
By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge and unreserved acceptance of this accommodation policy.
Customers are asked to behave themselves decently, not to create problems in the orderly operation of the hotel and to respect the quiet hours.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse access or to terminate hospitality to any person who does not comply with the rules of this policy. In such a case, the hotel is not obliged to pay any compensation.
In case of damage of the room or its equipment, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of any damage suffered.
Valuables
The hotel provides you with a safe located inside every room so you can keep your valuables. As a result, the hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of any valuable item.
People with Disabilities
With full respect to our customers, we inform you that there are stairs in the hotel premises and there is no elevator. Therefore, our hotel is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
